Creator Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OzuReel. By registering as a creator and submitting your high-fidelity AI-generated film, video series, or animations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Creator Terms of Service ("Creator Terms"). These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and OzuReel (a registered trademark of Cientheon Inc.).

2. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of the materials and storylines you generate and submit to OzuReel. However, by uploading content to our platform, you grant OzuReel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, stream, and distribute your video series to OzuReel viewers globally.
• Display promotional teaser clips, trailers, character portraits, and thumbnails in marketing materials to showcase your work and grow your audience.
• Analyze metadata and submission structures to optimize streaming performance and discoverability.

3. Creator Eligibility & Account Integrity

To submit an AI-generated series to premium featured listings or participate in revenue sharing, creators must maintain a Verified Creator subscription in good standing. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information during verification.
• Never impersonate other filmmakers, animators, or platform members.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are fully responsible for any submission activity under your account.

4. Monetization & Revenue Share

Monetization is processed on a monthly cycle based on OzuReel's standard Creator Revenue Sharing guidelines. Payouts are calculated based on viewer engagement metrics, subscription distributions, and rental traffic.

A minimum payout threshold of $30 is required. You must link a valid and verified payout account to receive disbursements. All monetization is subject to compliance reviews to ensure content adheres strictly to our guidelines.

5. Warranties & Originality

You represent and warrant that your submitted series are original works created by you (utilizing AI generation or assisted tooling in compliance with our policies). You explicitly warrant that:

• Your submissions do not violate the copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• No copyrighted music, commercial sound effects, or movie clips are used without explicit licensing.
• You have not used real living persons' likenesses or voices without their express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OzuReel, Cientheon Inc., and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Creator Terms or any copyright infringement claims leveled against your submissions.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our Lifetime Pass membership. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial payment transaction. To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at support@ozureel.com. Refunds will be credited back to your original Stripe payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Because the Lifetime Pass is a one-time purchase, there are no recurring subscription cancellation fees or obligations.
